Summary: What is it with wax museum owners going off the deep end and killing to bolster their places? It seems like they're always the ones to blame for creepy murders. This one was certainly no different.

History: On the outside, Boris Volkoff is the slightly temperamental owner of an esteemed wax museum...filled mostly with graphic depictions of fictional and real violence. Oh, and he has an assistant who likes to have his way with prostitutes. In truth, this man with the creepy prosthetic arm is a cold killer who uses his victims to make more wax sculptures, and wears wax masks based on their faces.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Boris is eventually found out by the authorities, and in the ensuing fire that overtakes his museum, he is revealed to be a freakish cyborg...who immediately gets his head lopped off. However, it seems that another is donning wax masks to kill...

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-This man already makes people uncomfortable, but then his murderous streak is revealed and it sort of spirals downward from there. Also, HOLY F*CK his true form is the stuff of nightmares!

Trivia: -This film was a joint effort between legendary Italian filmmakers David Argento and Lucio Fulci. The latter was in horrible health conditions, which inspired Argento to work with him so that Fulci could make a comeback. That said, they didn't always agree on aspects, such as Fulci wanting more atmosphere than gore.

-Unfortunately, Fulci died while filming was underway. Argento found it in his heart to keep going in his name.
